Buy to Let Mortgage

  • You can have up to three Buy to Let mortgaged properties (with any lender including the Bank of Ireland Group). These properties can be solely or jointly owned, including properties that are owned in the name of a limited company that you (the applicant) are a director of.
  • Up to 75% loan to value
  • Unlike a residential mortgage, the amount you can borrow is based upon the expected rental income rather than your personal income

Full written details and quotations are available on request. All Buy to Let mortgages are subject to status and valuation and are only available where the principle applicant is 21 years or over.
