If you made a PPI enquiry on or before 29 August 2019 and we find a PPI policy, we’ll automatically open a complaint on your behalf and acknowledge this in writing to confirm we’ve received it. Please wait to receive this letter before contacting us for an update.
PPI complaints
If you made a PPI complaint on or before 29 August 2019, we’ll acknowledge this in writing to let you know we’ve received it. If you haven’t heard from us within 15 days of making your complaint, please contact us.
We’ll aim to write to you again within 8 weeks of receiving your complaint to let you know the outcome, or when you can expect to hear the outcome, but it may take a bit longer.
We’ve received an unprecedented level of enquiries and complaints leading up to the 29 August deadline so your final response may be delayed. We’re committed to resolving your complaint as soon as we can and we’ll keep you informed of progress.
