As part of Bank of Ireland UK’s Enterprise Week (11-18 November 2016) small business customers and non-customers are once again being invited to showcase their goods and services in Bank branches through the ever popular ‘Show Your Business’ initiative. The twice yearly event gives start-ups and small growth businesses a high street presence and an opportunity to raise their profile and drive sales.
For the very first time this year, Bank of Ireland UK also offered 20 businesses the opportunity to trade at the award-winning Twilight Market in Belfast City Centre, with an estimated footfall of nearly 20,000.
One of the businesses to participate in the Twilight Market is JumpingClay Ltd., an educational franchise that allows children to learn new skills through the use of clay.
Nick Turkington, Director at JumpingClay Ltd., took part in the ‘Show Your Business’ event in CastleCourt last year and is delighted with the fantastic profile raising and sales opportunities the Bank provides. JumpingClay Ltd. has seen substantial growth in the past 18 months and has extended its trading to Ireland, and the Bank’s Global Markets Team is assisting the business with managing its currency risk.

The ‘Show Your Business’ pop up events will be taking place in various branches throughout the network during Enterprise Week, 11-18 November.
