Security Features

    • Clear window with Head of Medusa
    • Microtext on both sides of the note reading Bank of Ireland Ten Pounds
    • UV printing; Under UV light a 10 is visible on the front of the note, over the County Fermanagh shield
  • Feel
    • Raised print on Bank title and logo
    • Tactile feature: There are two arrangements of four dots in a square formation, enabling physical identification for the visually impaired
  • Move/Tilt
    • On the middle of the front of the note there is a pattern, which is highlighted when the note is moved around
    • Spark feature, the flower on the clear window on the front of the note changes colour when the note is tilted
