There’s lots of ways our branch banking teams can help you, including:

In branch customers can:

  • pay in cheques and cash, including coin
  • take out cash, including coin
  • buy or sell foreign currency
  • check your balance
  • use a cash machine
  • access Wi-Fi

Bank of Ireland cash machines

Free to use for our customers, you can do more than take out cash at our cash machines. Other services include:

  • Pay in cash*
  • Pay in cheques*
  • Check your balance
  • Manage your card PIN

We have cash machines inside all our branches and outside except for Armagh and Lurgan.

There are no charges for Bank of Ireland customers withdrawing Euros at Bank of Ireland cash machines in Ireland.

We aim to make our branches accessible and inclusive to everyone, with wheelchair access*, hearing induction loops and virtual sign language interpretation available in all branches.
