Do we have your proof of identity and address?
To proceed we need the adult representative and the child to visit one of our branches. Proof of identity and address is needed for you both. There is no need for an appointment.
Please make sure you bring the original documents with you to confirm your identity and address. e.g., driving licence/passport & recent utility bill

Acceptable documents for the child:
- A Passport
- Original birth certificate
Proof of address for the child:
Proof of address in the parent or guardian’s name is acceptable as proof of address for the child. Where you both live at the same address.
If you are the parent/guardian opening the account and don’t live with the child, proof of address is needed from the parent/guardian which they live with.
