- November 2020 – Opening of the flagship Belfast City branch
- April 2020 – Extension of long-term financial services partnership with the AA for an additional three years to at least 2028
- September 2019 – Extension of long term financial services partnership with the Post Office to a minimum end of 2026
- July 2019 – Northridge Finance signs exclusive agreement with Ssangyong Motors UK for motor finance
- June 2019 – Sale of UK Credit Cards portfolio to Jaja Finance Limited
- June 2019 – Inaugeral BOI UK wholesale funding transaction successfully raising £350 million of term funding
- May 2019 – Ian McLaughlin announced as new Bank of Ireland UK Chief Executive Officer
- April 2018 – Bank of Ireland UK and Post Office partnership widens its intermediary distribution and launches new mortgage propositions
- September 2017 – Bank of Ireland UK strengthens its car and asset finance business with acquisition of Marshall Leasing Limited for £42.5 million
- March 2017 – Launch of partnership with Alzheimer’s Society
- August 2016 – Launch of the first ever AA Mortgage for AA members
- June 2016 – Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries forms a new partnership with Tenet
- February 2016 – Post Office Money launch personal loans supported by First Data
- July 2015 – Bank of Ireland UK and the AA begin a long-term financial services partnership, to answer customers needs across a range of credit cards, unsecured personal loans, savings and mortgages.
- July 2015 – Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries forms a new partnership with Intrinsic Financial Services, which will see its products offered across the UK mortgage market by an extra 3000 advisers.
- April 2015 – Northridge Finance named Best Finance Product at the Motor Finance Europe Awards in Munich
- March 2015 – Our intermediary mortgage business unveils a new partnership with the Openwork network, which will provide customers with further choice across the UK mortgage market.
- February 2015 – Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries pilot extended to appointed representatives of First Complete, part of LSL Group
- December 2014 – Launch of Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries pilot in Great Britain, through three estate agencies within the LSL Group
- April 2014 – new intermediary mortgage distribution partnership with Legal & General launched under the Post Office brand
