Text alerts don’t contain enough information to compromise you or your account. We’ll only ever include the last four digits of your account number.
You should never reply to a text that appears to be from the bank, and never use a phone number contained within a text.
Instead, if you need to speak to us about an alert you’ve received call us on 0345 6016 157* if your account is held in Northern Ireland or 0345 850 1234* if your account is held elsewhere in the UK.
We recommend you use a PIN code on your mobile phone to keep your information secure after it reaches you.
